It sounds like you got a response and they're waiting for you to reach out again, but if might be faster to try to reach out via a chat instead:

If you go to our support page and pick your product again, there should be a number of options that give the option of a live chat. Try "I want to check my order status"; it might get your issue solved a little faster.

Also, just to make sure, I'll share an article that shoes exactly the proof of purchase you'll need to get helpe ASAP.

  • I appreciate your help... so just a few things

    When you said it sounds like I got a response... that waiting for player happened instantly after submission of the case... and proceeded to stay there... no response at all for the case... so I am unsure I can recieve a response to it since it says its waiting for player...

    Ty for sharing that article and I currently have all the proof of purchase listed and that was also sent in the case as well...

    I love the idea of the live chat... however when I click your link for it... and click apex legends it doesnt load anything on the page its just constantly loading but want to point out other help topics like I think I been hacked work and bring me to live chat but that wont help me with the currency I didnt recieve... its as if I want to check my order status is the only one not loading... any ideas?

    Again I do appreciate your help and your time... 

    I will keep trying to load that page but... any other suggestions on what may be happening when you submit a case and it goes instantly to waiting on player?

    @RabidRatGaming,

    Whatever path you can take to get a live chat, just take it. 🙂 You can explain to the advisor on the other end what your real issue is, and they can help you through it.

    As for the instant reply; I can only assume that you hit something automated that sent you a response when you reached out via email. Hopefully a chat will sort your issue in half the time.
