Hello, I am an Apex Legends player from Russia on an Xbox One S. When I try to log in to the game, it says "Unable to connect to EA servers, check your connection, details on the website..." I have already tried everything possible: I checked my EA account for bans (there are no bans), changed the console region, changed the DNS addresses manually 10 times, reconfigured the router in my apartment, removed the Xbox binding from EA and reconnected - the result is that nothing helps. Important: other games work as they should. And on another Xbox account, Apex loads, and everything works fine, tell me how I can solve the problem?
