  • I contacted the link you sent yet the timer is still there. They said i could log back in yet i can not.

    Ok, if ToS confirmed the ban is meant to have timed out by now then it's something on the account side. Our support team will need to pull up the account and check it out. Use these steps to connect with them for help with this: 

    They'll let you know what can be done from there and do their best to help.

    That second email looks like it's from ToS and not the support team. You'd need to connect with the support team. Did you select the same contact options?

  • I tried finding the situation i was having but i dont know what category it would fall under so i looked up ban help and it lead me to that.

    Ok, I understand, thanks @gerneralcat

    As ToS confirmed the timer is meant to be timed out, it's no longer about appealing a ban but about being able to get into the account. A change in the case categories is needed as the ban categories will only route you to ToS.
