Re: no ban history but still got banned

    It can take a few days to get a response from ToS. You're always welcome to open a case with an advisor to see if they have an update. In case you didn't receive the email. Cases can be opened here.

    @EA_Aljo Since this is a forum about bugs can you please acknowledge that this might be a bug since we aren't recieving any emails or official statements instead of telling us you can't help and locking threads.

    I also ran into this issue May 30th, I was playing for an hour or so, and my friend came on, I joined him in the firing range, left shortly after to invite another friend.  As soon as I got to the Lobby I got sent back to splash screen and it indicated that my account was banned.  I received no email about a ban, and there is nothing in my ban history.  I opened a case with EA and they told me "We checked the account you used to create this case but didn’t find any restrictions on it."  Well no *.... then why do I still get the message.  There is something going on here as I have never cheated, used macros, or anything of that nature.  This is beyond frustrating as it seems EA reps just don't look into things deep enough or just don't care.

  • I ran into this same issue with Simcity Buldit, where I was just banned without explanation.  I have sent multiple request and get back "you broke the rules'.  They never explain what rule I broke.  Very frustrating for a 7+ year player of the  game.  Worst customer support experience I've had with a company.
