@oytunpamuk Just making sure I understood it correctly:

Your main account is Xbox even tho you have played on PS4 in the past. After the prompt you've realised that your Xbox and PlayStation accounts are not registered under the same EA email, is this correct?

    @EA_Mari yeah... and then, i've registered both accounts with same email but i found out that rather than my accounts merging, my xbox account replaced the psn account. Now all my things from psn account are gone.

    @oytunpamuk Thats because your Xbox was found to be your primary platform.

    This is determined by the highest level reached across all of your platforms. Content and Apex Coin balances will be associated with this singular account going forward, only the stats (i.e. progress) of this primary platform will be retained. The stats/progress of the other platforms will no longer be accessible.

    Except for some notable exceptions, all content (including unlocked Legends and cosmetics) is available on all platforms regardless of the platform they were originally unlocked on. Exceptions include PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold exclusive content, as well as the exclusive Nintendo Switch Pathfinder skin available to all Nintendo Switch users when Apex Legends launched on that platform. Exclusive platform content of this nature will remain locked to the platform in question.

    There is also a small subset of content that is tied to stats, such as Achievement Badges from Apex Legend’s earlier seasons. As we are not merging stats from non-primary accounts, access to these badges through the primary account may be unavailable.

    @EA_Mari i think i couldnt explain..yesterday cross progration promt came to my xbox and i accepted..but nothing changed..my ps4 skins heirlooms didnt come..and then i checked my ea account.my psn account didnt link ea account..i forgot it..so i linked psn to ea after progression..i thought maybe all things fixed..i opened apex on ps4 and i saw that all heirlooms skins are gone on my psn account..And when i login to my psn account i only see my main xbox account items but i dont have my skins from psn account..what should i do to bring back items skins heirlooms on my ps4 apex accounts

    This happened to me as well.  All of my hundreds of dollars invested into this game are gone and it did not bring over my highest level, it brought over my PC level.

    I am unable to unlink my account now until 2024.

    Yeah, maybe for him. I had a PS4 account over level 500 with my one and only heirloom and hundreds of hours since launch. Finally got cross progression message that it was working and boom nothing. It says my highest level is the level 56 account I had to just restart on. Thanks guys. Hundreds of dollars, HUNDREDS of hours, THOUSANDS OF GAMES and one loyal fan that literally will never play this game again. I have loved it since it's inception and have continued to love it through all of its changes, yet it decides that all of my hard work and progress, means absolutely nothing. Great game. Glad the store works, those micro transactions need to KEEP COMING BOYS!!!

    All I just heard was that there was cross progression going on in apex legends so I downloaded the game on my xbox after I recently left Playstation (the ps account is link to a different ea account)  During mid November, I remembered my ps account was linked to a different ea account so I unlinked the ps acc from the ea account and then linked the ps acc to the ea account that is linked with the xbox account. After the wait, I got the cross progression pop up but not the merge pop up
