@xenomark Have you added exceptions for the game, Origin and the game folder in My Documents > Bioware to the exception list of your anti virus program? This is something you may have to repeat any time there is an update to the game, Origin or your anti virus program. This is especially important if you have AVG or Avast, as they are well known for having this issue.
I have Kasperky, and i try to check if i have any exception to add in this anti virus, but i didn't find nothing for exception. Maybe I looked in the wrong way.
But finally i added an "exclusion", in Kasperky but it doesn't work anyway. 😞

@xenomark It may not be an issue with your AV, then (I haven't seen people with this issue with Kaperky).
Another thing that stands out is the Razer devices you have on your computer. The game has been known to have issues with Razer, you may want to try disabling any Razer software, see if that helps at all.
If that doesn't help, could you please check your reliability monitor to see if there is anything in there related to the game, and if so, let us know what the error(s) are?
Thanks 🙂
1st I removed all razer output connected (keybord and headphones)
2nd I started the game but nothing change
3rd I unistall all razer programs and after that start the game but of course nothing
4rd It's strange because the game starded with the same hardware without problems
I also reinstall orign but nothing anyway. I just voluntarily left out a option: reinstall 45gm of the game...because it's pretty long as a process 😞
I'm getting crazy xd

@xenomark Could you please check the reliability monitor in windows? 🙂 It may show errors with the game that aren't showing up in your dxdiag.
WAAAIT!
I unistall it and now it works!
BUT a new problem come...I can't play with my last data...It tells me the game isn't update with the latest version...but OFC it is.So now I should start all over again...I want end this sufference xd
@xenomark; Any mods installed during your last save? If so, you'll need to edit the "package.mft" file to make the version number be at least as high as it was when the save was made.
Ok, but how can I change the version? And also check the last version number when i had mod installed?
File is in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch" (A search of your drive would have found it.)
Use Notepad (or any ASCII editor) to edit.
Increment the version number currently there by ( 1 ).
If save still won't load, rinse/repeat.
It works! Thx you all for your patience 😉

I'm having this issue, someone please assist 😃
The game will not launch?? Have you tried disabling your AV until restart and starting the game?? What anti-virus do you use?? Have you put in exceptions for Origin, DAI and DAI saves??
Is the game set to run as administrator along with Origin??
Do you have any teamspeak or any kind of team talk program on your machine, disable and turn off if you do...
Do you have any Razor software on your machine to run a Razor mouse or keyboard, if so uninstall....
If none of this works post back with a bit more data on what you have done, and what exactly it is doing...

What's happening is I bought the game end of last year, played it for a while, then sort of left it, so I uninstalled it. Fancied playing it again yesterday, reinstalled, went to play, but it wouldn't open fully. It would open the window for it, then it would suddenly close, with no error messages or any of the like.
I don't think it would be my AV, as I'm using the same one as I was when I first played. I don't have any Razor equipment. I've tried running it all as admin. And i also don't have any teamspeak/discord.
So yea, I'm kind of stuck for ideas as to what to do, and any help/suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
- About April of this year avg and soon after avast started causing the exact issue you describe. So if you haven't already looked into how to disable your AV or put in the exceptions for origin, dai, and saves folder for dai, then do so. You can read a bit about it in sticky thread about avg at top of forum.
