Sims 3 from humble bundle

Hey i bought the humble bundle with the SIMS 3 key and I saw u solved it and when i tried to redeem the code it said it was already in use

and i really used it in the origin it self .. I cant redeem it in the site?

and when i try to log to sims throught origin it says it need an account so i was trying to log into my origin acount but it did a script error.

so i tryed to ignore that and just get in the game but the it asked a serial code so i tried to use the one from the humble bundle and it still didnt work
