Yes, it is for all lot challenges. For example, a residential lot will have the "wild foxes" challenge selected but no foxes will ever appear. Volcanic lots see no volcanic activity, mold does not appear, etc.
(Lot traits seem to be working fine however.)
@GerriBear Could you test if you have the same issue when you start a new save game. This is to find out if it's related to the save game or a general issue.
Currently don't have much time to test stuff.EDIT: Is this for rental residential lots or all ?
It is occuring on all lots, rental, residential or otherwise. And yes it happens with new save files as well. That was the first thing I did when I noticed the issue. I tested in a new save file, ran a repair and tested again in an existing file, the previous new file and another new file. All had the same issue.
- @GerriBear I haven't play with lot traits in a while but I've asked around and they do seem to work for others.
Could you try a game repair ? The lot traits are working just fine (ie sunny aspect, good schools etc) it is only the lot challenges that are not. I've run 2 repairs already and it hasn't done anything ☹️
