im having trouble with one of my sims. its love day and all of a sudden he cant give love day gift. nothing happens when i click the interaction. ive had the seasons ep for 2 months now and never had that problem before even with this very sim. all other sims in the household have no problem and give gift normally. i removed all mods and still interaction is broken.

Its just one sim on one household (i play multiple households) and its only the give gift interaction, any gift. Either holiday romantic or friendly.
Ive found a solution for love day i just get him flirty and use the offer rose interaction. It fullfills the give flower tradition and thats fine for me.
Offer Rose is the way to go. I've had negative reactions from trying to give actual gifts but Offer Rose is always positive, since I'm usually in the middle of a date when I use it.
I find this problem happening for me from time to time - not just love day but any time a Sim has to gift something out of their Inventory. Some of my Hedford Hadley town based odd jobs (like Deliver a Chocolate Pie) just doesn't work no matter how many times I click on it - or reset my sim, or the sim I'm trying to gift it to. I've had Winterfest gifts fail too and sometimes posting sold items on Plopsy at the letterbox will fail several times until it eventually decides to work. It's very frustrating
I removed all crafted items and still can’t give love day gift but other sims in my household can. Also can’t resume knitting projects this is on Xbox so no mods
