@ChiefCandy78 Have you tried resetting the dog by using testingcheats, then shift-clicking on the dog and choose reset (object)?

- @crinrict Yes, it immediately started giving the pop-up bubble again saying it couldn't move. The interaction to ask to go potty and ask to lie down (when clicking on the bed) seems to be what's wrong with the dog but it's like the dog cannot go on its own with nothing blocking the way. The poor pup was just in the middle of using the bathroom when it passed out from exhaustion.
I think I will make a dog house outside to help it have its own area to see if that helps at all, but I am trying to avoid moving out of the lot. - @ChiefCandy78 what traits does the dog have ? Do you have this issue with all dogs if you test another ?
@crinrict the traits are couch potato, smart and aggressive.
I did not use another dog, I ended up building an outside dog house like pictured below and it seems to work just fine now. I will mention I looked at your master list and noticed there was a thread about porches since kittens and pups cant go downstairs and such and I do have a porch I am not sure if that really has anything to do with that ESPECIALLY because the pet bed and food was inside the house.

Is that what you are seeing ?
There might also be one where the dog gets stuck on the sofa. Will check for that later.
