How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Base 27.0
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? base game and all expansions, game packs and stuff packs are installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do a clean install of the game with earned rewards and see if they are missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? I had to reinstall the game as I got a new desktop computer and all my early purchase bonus content is there but none of the recent daily rewards that were offered in 2024 (I earned all of them) are available. They are all missing content.
What do you expect to see? I expected my library of content to be available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I switched from an older desktop to a new desktop computer.

@poisonapple813 Do you still have a backup of your Sims 4 folder from your old Computer, after you've claimed all your rewards? Because the reward items are saved in the usersettings.ini. You have to copy that file into your new Sims 4 folder on the new Computer, and then they will appear again in your game.
I now have always a backup of that file just in case I have to uninstall and reinstall the game or even if a want to simply generate a fresh Sims 4 folder.
