Aquarium
Why there are bowl aquariums in the sims? Almost everybody knows bowls have negative effects on fish. Also, rectangular tanks are way easier to model than bowls. I hope those bowls will be replaced with at least cubes.

There already are square fish tanks. The fish bowl is a joke on old cartoons that often featured these. I don't think they were ever used in real life.
I especially love the "Boneyard" fish bowl for my Bat-fishes ;-D
@WiolonczelaXD What's really funny is if you fish you can add a large fish your Sim caught (like a tuna) into the small bowls (see @RandomBuzziness 's post), and it just shrinks to fit.
You may not be aware of the aquariums that @jpkarlsen mentioned if you don't have the packs they came with.
