Chased by death trait mechanics

Sul sul! I'm having some issues with the new chased by death trait. My sim is always bored or tense because of this trait and I don't quite understand why and what should I do to get her energised like other players had. I would like to understand what type of actions are influencing these moodlets and why my sim is getting multiple warnings from the grim reaper for the same risky action. It seems almost like a bug and I tried it in different saves with completely different sims, but I always get the same result.
