Hey please help. My build mode does not have climbing plants aka Ivy. I searched everywhere including the under window decoration, but there was none. I literally just purchased the Sim 4 Digital delux. What was wrong?

@pbhehehe, Are you just assuming there is ivy in the base game, or are you going on a picture you saw somewhere? 🤔
There isn't a category called climbing plants in the game, And there isn't ivy in the base game, but there are various ivy wall decorations in both the Get Together EP and the Vampires GP. 🙂 But these aren't in the Plants section but in the Wall Sculptures or Wall Decorations sections. (If you search by room, you can to either the Dining Room or the Outdoors tabs and click on the icon that looks like a sun with a face on it.) Or you can just search for Ivy in the text box. But if you don't have either of those packs, you won't find any climbing ivy. 🤨
@pbhehehe The climbing plants and ivy in the game are in 'Get Together' and 'Vampires' packs. They can be found in "Wall Sculptures" in build mode, if you own either or both of those packs.
There are several types of climbing plants the extended hidden objects, and they are the ones you see on the home in this screenshot. Those are base game, but hidden objects. To access those you will need to use the bb.showliveeditobjects cheat. There are directions in this video: https://youtu.be/5PGl2Upa8xM
@pbhehehe Yes, you will need 'Get to Work' or 'Vampires' for the vines in these areas, but the 'climbing plants' in debug are not tagged per pack... they are available with Base Game only. If you are interested in trying them out please use that video link I provided on my other comment. If you are unable to access them properly please let me know here and I could add some to a room and upload it to the gallery for you. Just let me know if you want this.

If your only reason for getting Get Together or Vampires is because of the ivy, I would follow @SheriGR 's instructions of using the Debug climbing plants found in base game instead. However, if you are interested in other aspects of either of these 2 packs, then it would be worth your while to get them! 🥳 I could only find one climbing ivy in Get Together, but there are 3 of them in Vampires. Both packs have some excellent building items and furniture! 🙌
