Piercings showing inside my servo bot's face

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a servo bot (or multiple if the bug doesn't occur with the first one) and look at their face up close.
What happens when the bug occurs? Several (nose) piercings showing inside of the servo's face. I tried removing them in cas but it didn't work. Changing the servo's color doesn't affect the piercings either.
What do you expect to see? No more piercings in my servo's face. They look really weird and don't make any sense considering the servo's face is a screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This was the first time I created a servo bot in my game, so i don't have any previous experience with them. As soon as he was activated, three different nose piercings were visible inside his screen-face. It's not a game-breaking bug or anything but it still bothers me.
I created the servo with my mods acitvated and removed them afterwards.
However I don't think any of the mods were the reason for the piercing issue, since the piercings are official EA-accessoires.
But in the end I don't know what was causing it, maybe you're right.
I did however find a work-around myself. I tried turning my Servo into a human Sim with MC Command Center. When trying to edit my humanized Servo in CAS i was able to remove the piercings. After I turned my Sim back into a Servo his face was finally fixed and the piercings were gone.
