@Sliny00 Is the child playing alone or with someone else? Have you seen the animation to indicate that one of them is excited that they won (and the other disappointed) and that one of them clears the board with their hand afterward to reset the game? If they are playing alone, please try playing with another sim.

Also, make sure before you begin the game that both have time to complete a game, plus that both of them have need that are all far into the green so that neither of them will need to leave the game before it is completed. It may also be best to not play against any sim who has low interest in logic or learning or has flighty tendencies if you're having issues with others in the household completing a game with the child.

I would also leave the household and return before re-attempting since you're having issues currently... that way if anything is glitching it may reset it.
