Adding Custom Playlists

Hello all! I would love to upload custom playlists to the music folder for Sims 4, but I can't figure out how to transfer music from my iTunes account to the folder. It just won't let me add anything. Anyone else have this problem or any insight into how to solve it? Thanks in advance, loves!

  • Greetings @Bones3159 ;

    I'm not that familiar with iTunes myself, but I do have a question; are you able to grab music via iTunes in a .mp3 format? If you're able to, it should be a matter of moving that .mp3 file to one of the subfolders in the Custom Music folders in the Sims 4 Documents folder. (The various radio stations are separated by folder name; you can place your music in the folders. Unfortunately Sims 4 doesn't yet support creating your own Custom radio stations, so you'll have to use the folders provided.)

    I found this document on converting iTunes music files to MP3s, this might help: How to convert iTunes to MP3.

    Kind Regards,

    No problem at all; I love adding my own music to the game.

    Happy Simming!
