i cannot publish my book.

my sims recently wrote a book using the new freelance career. once it was approved it said that i could publish my book using the mailbox.

but i have checked the mail box and there is not an option to publish. so i tried different mailboxes, looking in different bookshelves to see if it is there. i have looked around the house to see if my sim placed it somewhere. i also tried closing and reopening the game, as well as, resetting/debugging my sim using the shift.

i do not use any mods/cc 

any help would be much appreciated!
