In order to rescale an object with a French Canadian keyboard, you will first need to enable punctuation on your keyboard. To do this, open the settings menu by clicking on the "gear" icon in the lower-left corner of your window and select "Keyboard." From here, toggle off "Punctuation" and then click on "English (US)."

Finally, make sure that "French Canadian," or whichever language you are using is selected under Default Keyboards. Now that punctuation is enabled, all you have to do is use the appropriate symbols to resize your objects.

For example: To scale an image up by 100%, hold down Ctrl+Shift while pressing +R followed by 0 (zero). Similarly, if you want to reduce its size by 50%, press Ctrl+Shift while pressing -R followed by 5.
