@MzMelonzMost, if not all, the times I've issued APB's, the suspect is the only sim on the lot. Don't remember if there's a bug connected to it, but I do remember reading about it some time ago. Might have been on the official forums, though.

But yeah, I don't bother with the clothes anymore. Traits, age, hair colour, gender....get as many other clues as you can.
