Composting for insect farms is no longer available

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I click on both the inside and/or outside garbage cans, as well as food that was collected from dumpster in my inventory - the option for compost in insect farm (or sort for compostables) is no longer available.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the options to place in world or throw away when I click on the items in the inventory or the inside garbage can. When I click on the outdoor garbage can, I get no options, it won't even let you click on it. The game doesn't crash and I don't get any LE's.
What do you expect to see? Prior to updating, when using the indoor and/or out door garbage cans, I had the option sort for compostables. When I'd click on the item in the inventory, I had the option to compost in insect farm.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The November patch/update and Snowy Escapes install

- @kc922 Do you have the reduce and recycle lot trait active? Without it, there is no compost options on anything. With the lot trait, the sort compostables appears.
