New pack/update idea Sims 4

I hate how elders always slouch and always crack at the hip, quite a few older people are very fit and not how Sims 4 portrays them, a good idea would be for an elder who's fitness and wellness are high can walk and act like a normal adult, also this should also reduce their dangerous over exertion buff.

Also how about a plastic surgery pack so adults and especially elders can maybe go for a facelift, nose job, tummy tuck, boob job etc, this would be ideal update for the Get Famous pack as celebs always want to look their best.
