Can't Change/Randomize Nose Color of Werewolf Sim in CAS

I noticed a few people have mentioned this issue, but I wasn't able to find a solution in their forums. I had a teen Sim turn into a werewolf, and when I went into CAS to change my character's appearance, I wasn't able to change the color of his nose. I noticed along with the randomizer button and the color options for the nose missing, the eyes did not have eyeliner like they usually do. It was also glitchy in appearance at first, like the eyes were bulging out of the head and the ear mesh disconnected from the head; however, after selecting a preset eye/ear/head shape it was fixed. So I entered CAS with testingcheats true and cas.fulleditmode, however, the issue wasn't fixed. I have done the following;

1. Repaired all game files 

2. Removed my mods folder

3. Disabled Mods in the game and restarted the application

I have also tested different coat patterns for werewolves, but none of them have eyeliner. Some NPC werewolf sims are not affected by this issue however, some are. Please let me know if anyone has found a solution without mods or using paint mode, thank you!
