@HERB405 I can understand what you mean in general... The Sims do seem to 'move on' faster than they used to from a conflict, etc. However, I have definitely noticed mine hold onto something longer than that. You can also 'declare enemy' if you want to anchor a bad relationship in more. I make and play pretty 'nice' Sims and no occult ones (aside from a couple I turned into a mermaid/merman), yet I've been surprised how often I will have them interact with a new Sim (new to me, or one I had no idea they had other &/or negative interactions with) and find a negative/red relationship bar exists with that Sim!
Having said all of that, though, I can definitely appreciate your feedback that you would like to see a more lasting consequence and length of 'memory' in regards to interactions. 🙌
