Gourmet Cooking Option will not appear

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expect for Throwback Fit Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the fridge or stove and the option for Gourmet cooking is unavailable
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't cook gourmet food, option is unavailable
What do you expect to see? The option to click on gourmet cooking
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I can't upload a screen shot, it says my file is to big. However, I clicked on 'more options' and the gourmet options is not coming up, so I know that there's an issue.
- @SherriStack If I remeber correctly ou need to reach a certain level on the normal cooking skill before you're able to do gourmet cooking.
