@SimTecnologic   Hello!  This is a setting within the EA account portal.  In Origin, click the Origin menu and then click EA Account and Billing.  If you're using the EA app, settings are found in the three-line menu in the upper left corner.  This will open the page in your default browser or a new tab if you have an open browser.  Click on Privacy Settings and change the Profile Privacy setting under "Who can see my profile details and may be in included in friend recommendations?"

Note this will only disable comments on your profile and it also hides your Player Bio if you have one.  It is not possible to disable comments on shared lots, rooms, or households.

Edit: It just occurred to me that the reason you're asking may be due to harassment or inappropriate language.  If that is the case, there is an option to report comments you believe to be offensive.  When you hover your mouse over a comment on your profile view, you'll see flag and X icons.  The X will delete the comment.  The flag icon will give you a Report option.
