Hey guys!
I just downloaded the new Sims 4 Paranormal Stuff pack. All of the extras have been downloaded and are available in the game but for some reason the option to change the lot type to 'haunted house residential' isn't there? Has anyone else had this problem?
I just figured this out! It’s not a lot trait, it’s a lot type. Under Lot Type, select Haunted House Residential instead of just Residential.
We know, the option is just not there. All I see is Residential and Tiny Living Residential. No Haunted House Residential option.
Im having the same issue the haunted house trait does not come up when i try to switch the lot type. Ive tried different lots and empty lots and i am still having the same issue. I repaired my game as well and it is still not there.
Only thing a friend and I discover is that the option is there on vacation lots in build/buy mode.
Update: Apparently if you are using mods, this is causing the issue. Turning them off and restarting the game will bring up the new house as well as letting you select the type haunted house. Turning them back on afterwards will just cause the problem again, well with the mods I used at least.
Yep was about to come here to say this. It’s mods. That sucks. Guess we have to wait for them to update it or such.
Does anyone know which mod it is that is doing this, or is it just having mods in general?
Apparently it's the Little Miss Sams live-in business and more buyable venues mods. I removed them and haunted lot type appeared.
I can't find it at all! And the whole pack isn't showing up for me! I downloaded and installed it, but it nothing has changed. And no I don't have mods. At all.
Hi guys! I was having the same issue and had to remove "Ksuihuh_Venue List.package" from my mods folder. I also heard Basemental's Venue List was causing an issue for some; however, it was not MY issue. Hope this helps!

i just took basemental out of my game and i now have the trait i still have all my other mods in my game
I reinstalled the Little Miss Sam mods after removing all the mods I thought were causing the problem and the lot trait was still accessible.
Thank you for this! I took out my whole folder of Little Miss Sam mods and it’s working! They were the only ones affecting mine, and I have a LOT of custom content and mods.
Same except I only have residential or tiny living. No other lot type shows including venues. I have all packs - All. I ran repair and update (3 times).
