Candle quality

@MayaMoon1397 Do you buy the wax or do you have bees that produce it. I found that candles with bees wax are of higher quality than the soy wax candles and you should give your Sim time enough to create the candle in one go. If or when you interrupt the Sim it will have an effect on the quality too. I hope this will help.

I am using soy wax currently, but my sim has bees too so I'll ty that. I also didn't know that when the sim gets interrupted it affect quality, I always thought quality was decided as soon as you start on it.

I use bees wax, but it takes my Sims FOREVER to create an Exceptional candle. An Excellent candle is one in a blue moon. AND IT'S DRIVING ME OUT OF MY SKULL! I have been making the same candles over and over again. Sometimes I have to have them make it like FIVE TIMES before I can an exceptional one! Is this normal? Why does it take so long to make a high quality candle?!

BTW, the Sim is usually Focused or Very Focused. She has the Maker trait. She maxed out the skill needed for candle making. And yet, I am seeing TONS of Normal quality candles!
