Canopy

@Girly_Demon I'd love to see more canopy style beds.

The High School Years pack has a great item called Canopy of Light (attached). It looks lovely over a bed and can be placed a few ways to create a really nice effect.

It has a few curtains that look nice placed behind headboards as well such as Ruffles and Wings, Dazzling Designer Drapery, Woven Wonder Drapes and Lovely Layered Curtains.

There are some nice canopy beds in Island Living that are the style I'd prefer. I'd like more four posters like the more modern styled ones from City Living. The Realm of Magic ones are lovely but don't really fit into a contemporary design.

@Girly_Demon Sound great to me! Got my vote on that idea! And if I'm dreaming here, I would love it if there was at lease one style of poster-bed added that comes in single bed and double bed styles, and that has the option of adding a canopy... and different styles of canopy that vary from a more modern wood framed canopy to more ornate and involved options with a couple having a tied-back side drape. Dream on! 🙌

And curtains? Definitely matching curtains!!

Here's one I've made with the HSY canopy for a child's room. I love whicker so I'd love some that combine whicker with a canopy. I also like a mosquito net type of canopy, I've made one of those IRL with a wrought iron bed and it was a lovely effect (until I got tangled up in it, or had to dust it 😄) but it did look really pretty.

I'd love new sleep moodlets to go with our canopy beds because all the new beds are poor comfort and for the life of me I cannot understand the logic behind that, I'm tired of upgrading them to stop my Sims complaining about a bad nights sleep. We could have a Dream Bed moodlet! 

@simsplayer818 Great idea on the bed drape/canopy! ❤️ Yes, I agree... a more 'deluxe' variation that is comfy out-of-the-box if your Sims have bling but not handiness would be great. Especially since some players may not fully realize how the upgrading process works on beds.
