Yes, off the top of my head I know I have at least one broken full-body clothing item- sim disappears if I try it on- and a hairstyle that is actually a recolor requiring a mesh that I apparently don't have.  But I have a mind-boggling amount of stuff in both mods/clothes and mods/hairs, so I have no idea what to look for.

You can purposely give a new sim these objects, and then open the household in S4TI, and find the files that way.  But a right-click to see the file name would be easier!
