That is pretty normal for Grim. Sometimes, he'll want to talk, watch TV, play games, and even do gardening. It really varies each time. But as you found out, you can get rid of him by traveling.

Thank you @CGrant56 ! He just stay there and I can’t interact with him. He doesn’t watch TV or do anything. I can get rid of him travelling but it’s seems more than a bug than a feature.
I've seen that too. But eventually he will leave unless he gets hung on something. I had him get hung on a fence once when he came to collect a chicken. I had to travel and return to clear it. I've also had him hang up waiting for an NPC to get there to say hello. Took forever for the NPC to get there, do his thing, and leave, before Grim went on about his business and left.
