Hey, thanks for responding. I have changed my NAT to open from strict, power cycled a million times, deleted my gamertag from my xbox and putting it back on, cleared my alternate MAC address, changed my DNS, and re verified my ea account on my phone.
- @EA_Aljo Also, I just tried to log in with my brother’s account, and I had the same problem.
- @EA_Aljo I’m also having the same problem with other ea games, such as nba live. And, whenever I go on to the ea access app it just freezes at the loading screen and doesn’t let me in.

Can you get me a screenshot of the message? Also, do you have a current Xbox Live Gold membership?

@eberndt22 and @dbwpb3
Are you absolutely sure you're using the right email address of your EA account? That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. That will lock you out for about 90 minutes.
- @EA_Aljo Yes. I am absolutely sure it is the right email. I re verified it the other day to see if it would fix my problem, and it did not.

Hello, @eberndt22.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Are you experincing a loading circle that spins when you click on anything online related? I am having this issue....the screen goes dark, a loading circle spins clockwise about three times, and then goes back to the madden homepage.

Hi @EA_Aljo
I did everything you stated and the same issue still occurs. What do you suggest I do? Thanks!

Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know what happens.

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to delete your gamertag from your console and download it again. If that doesn't work, try highlighting the Madden 20 tile. Then, hit the Menu button on your controller. It's to the right of the Guide button. Then, go to Manage game & add ons. Then, go to Saved data. Delete the data for your gamertag. Don't delete from everywhere though. Try playing again and see if that helps. Let me know if either of these work for you.
- @EA_Aljo I did that. Still not working.
I deleted data from my gametag (console only) and the same problem is occurring. Any other suggestions?

Let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I did this, same issue. Should i change my DNS back to what it was?
I also noticed that my port changed on it's own while trying to power down my console.
