Add Ult Accel option into the medkit wheel?
I'd like to see an option (especially for consoles) to use Ult Accelerates in the heal wheel instead of pulling out your inventory to use it, this would be most useful for game changers like Gibralto...

I feel like that would be more harmful than helpful, making the healing wheel more compacted, and making it easier to accidentally grab the wrong healing/shielding item in an intense battle
