What about instead of dropping in and finding attachments for guns, you allow players to customize their loadouts in the lobby? Adding stuff like optics, barrels, stocks, etc. This would make the game more fun for everyone.

The only things you should be able to get from care packages are health items, shields, and digital threats.

For example, for the Wingman, you could equip a barrel stabilizer to reduce recoil and an optic to increase accuracy. You could add a laser sight to the R-301, a stock, and so on. This is just a suggestion.

To make up for there being less loot, you can also add a few more items:

1. Flash Bang: Pretty obvious.

2. Cluster Grenade: Has a timer of 5 seconds, and when it explodes, it releases smaller explosions.

3. Apex Radar: Reveals nearby Legends within a 300-meter radius for 10 seconds. Once used, it breaks.

4. RD Jammer: Stops any sound you and your team make for 20 seconds. Can be used for flanking.

5. Legend Support: Orders a care package to your location, which can have all kinds of items except guns.
