Buff Gibraltar, balance hitboxes

I think Gibby should be more powerful. Maybe reduce the hitbox, which is his biggest disadvantage. To balance the buff, you could nerf arm shield a bit? Also, dome shield should not be shut down as easily as it is right now. I think an improvement of gibby would be healthy to the meta and create more dynamic team fights, that could challenge the movement and gun meta that is dominating right now. Or just make him fit in a little more.

I miss the viable support role in a team, and having the choice of playing a bit more defencively in team plays. Just a small buff/hitbox change would help make him playable. This also goes for other legends that are more tactical or methodical, or just have massive hitboxes.
