Can I change my email account?

You can update the email for your EA account by logging in at www.origin.com and going to the account settings. To do this, mouse over your name in the lower left. Then, choose EA Account and Billing. Next, where it says Email Address, click the link that says Edit. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Where exactly are you trying to sign in and what device are you using? We're not getting other reports of this so we're not aware of any issues.

Can you give me some more details? You shouldn't need to report an EA email. You should be getting some help from an advisor if you don't have access to the email on your account.
