Hacked and banned

@GarethNewitt13 I am sorry to hear that your account got banned.
Here on the forum we really cannot help you out with account Bans except for providing some advice.

If you think your account was compromised or hacked and this lead to your Ban you should contact EA support.
If you think that you were unfairly Banned or would like to appeal you Ban you will have to reach out to the Terms of Service team (ToS).
 
Please note that you are responsible for your account and if you let someone else use your account and they violate the ToS you are responsible for the violation and may have to suffer the consequences.
Make sure to secure your account and enable 2 factor ID.

Lastly learn from your mistakes and do not repeat them.

I have been in contact with ea and going back and forth for the last few weeks. 
I didn’t let anyone use my account 

yet all I’m getting back is your ban will not be removed. It quite clear that I’ve been hacked. I’ve phone them and emailed them and getting nowhere with it 

what else can I do ??

Have you reached out to one of the advisors at EA support to get your hacked account back and secured?

This should be your first step.

After that you will need to contact the ToS team with the info from the advisor in order to open a ticket regarding the Ban.

Already done all of those things mate

still no joy getting unbanned 

I haven’t done anything and like I say spent a lot of money on my account just want to know if there is anything else I can do ? 

Seems so unfair when I have spent a lot of time and money and ea seem like they just don’t want to help

I am sorry that your account was banned for a violation that you presumably didn't commit but it has little to do with EA dont wanna help. Its all about practicality. Imagine the thousands of unban pleads that EA receives  every month. "My brother played on my account and cheated", "I played on an internet cafe and forgot to log out",  etc.  Sure; you can show that someone logged on from other IPs but thats just a click away on your VPN. 

So the only plausible way to deal with all such cases is too clearly state that its the account/hardware from which the violation occurred that is banned and NOT the physical human doing it. And I dont want to sound harsh but the 2-step verification method is secure enough to prevent all kind of "normal" hackings of accounts.

Understand that completely I have explained to them 

there was an add on Facebook saying connect you ea account to twitch receive a free pack did so never receive a pack didn’t think nothing of it the next day account got cleared. My account was hacked I wouldn’t plead for my account back if I did nothing wrong

Does that mean I’ve broken the rules and deserve to be banned ?
