Havoc

The havoc is still overpowered even with the recoil nerf, first if you have basic muscle control you can destroy little kids with it and if you get good with it you can slap teams. Also of you have a team of havocs you destroy anyone that is even remotely close to you. Second if you don't have cover you will die in less then a second, and even if you do have cover they can just click and hold mouse 1/trigger until it's about to fire and delete you when you have to go to circle.
