It has nothing to do with if it is BR or not. I play all sorts of BR's and never had this kind of a problem like in Apex. 3rd 4th 5th party in this game is just way too frustrating because it has nothing to do with skill or tactic. You just take one fight and mostlikely you die after that because people will just gang you. They should make some sort of " refresh " like if you fight one squad and you finish and win the fight people who are downed should be revived automaticaly with either full HP of full shield. So you can atleast stand a chance to fight that third party back. After all it would make atleast people make think if they should try push for third party of rather not because they know everybody is already revived and with most likely full HP. I bet 90% of people would not rush to fight it because they would be too scared to do so.
It's clear how they artificially tamper with and rig the audio levels when you're with a team at a spot where there's a trapped flyer and you can barely hear it's triggered screams even when its so close to you, but you can other rounds hear the same flyer from the same spot clearly across a large portion of the map when its triggered by an enemy team.
As for the third party annoyance... I see a lot of players just quit out to deny the thirds their cheap and undeserved kills. Its quite common actually.
They get to keep their kills and doesn't "gift" the thirds any undeserved kill counts.
They also won't get annoyed from being instantly downed by the third party. So that's a solution... maybe also as a protest until they fix the rigged audio levels.
I do agree with the audio being carried too far with gun sounds... but the other issue is there is way too much mobilitiy added to the game (be it legends or map movement features) that allows not just 3rd party issues to happen way too often at the start of matches but its common that there is a fight that brings the rest of the darn server to one spot way too soon because everyone hears it and can make it to that spot in sub 1 minute leading to complete clusterfs.
Let's hope s9 comes with some changes reducing thirds, fourth....etc

No the skill comes in when you decide whether you should engage the fight based on how you scoped out the area.
Or if the case is you are looting too long, when to leave.
It is not anyone else's responsibility to help you grow this awareness.

It's the same story in every game it is easier to make a post on the forums than actually work to get better.

Lets say that your squad engages the FIRST team they meet, in les than 30-40 seconds of shooting thirds make their way into the fight....yes you can run when you spot the third party but u can't always run most of the time you just die. Bro I get 3rd partied all the time, 8/10 times they regret it.
When you hear another team come, stop looting and prepare or retreat to better position, it is really not that hard.

That's because u probably have nothing else to do and play all day long apex...not everyone have that time.So 3rds are frustrating and ruining gaming experience for average players.
Anyways apex will lose so many players when battlefield 2042 will be released...because its a crap game. I do put time into the game, but not all day as you think.
If you don't have time to put into the game, one would think you might listen to someone, on how to deal with things in the game, that puts more time into it.
3rd partying is in the nature of all these games not just this one. Why would anyone want to fight a team on even standing vs a team where they have an advantage? The latter just increases your chances of winning a fight.
How to combat this is to scope out the area, before taking a fight and identify all teams lying in wait if you can. Have an exit strategy from the fight before you engage. Loot quicker after the fight and move. Sometimes you don't get to take your loot if you did not scope well or a team moved in while you were fighting, you need to move, heal up and come back for it.
