I'm so frustrated with the report system on here.

I had someone in chat today screaming racist and homophobic slurs over the mic the entire game. It made me sick to my stomach.. I ended up figuring out how to mute them but even with reporting, as the person said themselves "they won't get banned" because there isn't any way to add input about it and since it wasn't in chat they can't head it. 

I tried to find a way to contact EA directly, but it just redirects me to the report a player info on their website. This isn't a person who should be allowed to play on public gaming platforms. 

Any advice on how to get a hold of someone from EA? This is disgusting behaviour.

    The TOS team deal with this and they cannot be contacted directly by phone.

    The best way to report a player is ingame.

    If you didnt, then the webform is the next best thing to do, which is hopefully the start of a conversation with tos that would allow you to to the submit evidence. Hopefully you have a recording.

    Fyi you should turn on "convert incomming chat to text". It would give a full record of what happens, as much evidence as possible is whats needed.

    There is a zero tolerance in EA for what i believe you are referring to, thank you for not repeating it here, and contrary to what the player believes, they will get banned, hopefully permanently.
