So i've just hit the level 26 case after grinding like an idiot solo for days on end (the one that says 100% guarenteed epics and 7.4% legendary) only to to have received 1 common Octane skin,1 rare scout skin and 1 common crafting materials. Surely this is BS,the case itself says 100% Epic (or better) and as far as common crafting mats that pretty disheartening,the quality of the battle pass loot is very subpar imo but this just takes the biscuit.
The battle pass is a waste of $ I have NOT received the three skins for the purchase and half of the level up rewards never drop
Zero problems with my battle pass, have recieved everything.....
I opened a Epic Apex pack and got a rare lifeline pose in it. Contacted support and they said there's nothing they could do about it.
Community Admin@Vntgnyc The Epic packs guarantee at least one Epic, in this case you got Legendary crafting currency, and the Epic Mozambique skin (yeah I know).
It doesn't guarantee that all items will be Epic or higher.
@DarthCheebba Your posting account doesn't seem to be the one playing the game, can you send me your gamertag or the EA account you use to play, and we'll take a look into this?
