Lower P2020 and Mozambique drop rate

Make these weapons (P2020, Mozambique) starting items already and lower the drop rate. No one cares for these weapons and it's such a sadistic way of killing the joy in game - running around couple of building just to find ammo, attachments and low end weapons like named before. Even this is hard to do and should be considered to be lucky, because you have to fight the squad that managed to find the only box that had 4 automatics stacked together and therefore can demolish anyone who dropped near them.
