I like this change, the only part I'm not a fan of is his ultimate causing any sort of flash or strong stun due to the fact that he does have the shortest cooldown ultimate, and introducing any sort of flash into the game could be really unhealthy on the account of the short-lived pre-patch Seer with his flash tied to his tactical. (Granted Revenant still has a flash with his tactical but it, fortunately, is a dark flash which doesn't affect the eyes as much.)
Personally I'd like to see with Mirage is a small reduction to cool down on his tactical and maybe a small amount of AI when decoys are not being controlled.
Possibly the ability to toggle AI control on his ultimate as well but that could be too much.
But definitely the ability to summon one decoy after being downed instead of it auto spawning.
