Nerf R99 and R301!

Since everyone one asks a nerf for good weapons and apparently they want all weapons to be as strong as Mozambique, I thought maybe it’s time to nerf R99 and R301 too. And to prove R99’s strength I ...

    It's because people thinks that certain guns makes the player and not the other way around. The players that are whining about the wingman for an instance, they are all BAD. These players are all gold rank at the very best and the reason why they die to the Wingman is the same as why they die to every other gun, they just straight up get outplayed.. But for some reason they have it their heads that it must be because Wingman is OP, not because other players are just better than them...

    Case in point, NRG players for an instance could have no armor and nothing but a Mozambique while these whining nublets can carry a wingman + purple armor and NRG players would STILL wipe the floor with these whiners, something which in itself should rule out the fact that wingman is OP. It's hilarious how they are crying OP and not even one of these whiners has ANY evidence to back up their claims. They say "2 shots downs players" and yet I see no videos of even the greatest predator rank players consecutively and consistently downing other players with just 2 Wingman shots.. To the "nerf wingman" whiners; even if they took the wingman out of the game, you STILL wouldn't do any better than you do now! Instead you would all just whine about the next gun.

@Alphabets Its simple care pack the r99 so full squads can't get it the whole point of care pack is to have op guns in them then id drop the devotion back into the wepon pool and put the r99 into it

Remove Barrel mods for the R99. Personally I hate the gun and would like to see it in a supply drop.

My hate is partially that it's a very strong weapon and can still melt at good range with a barrel mod + it's such an overused weapon, literally everyone uses it and it's getting old. People will pick one up faster than a purple body shield.

R301 is fine imo as it is.

    @xx_Dante2k_xxThe problem is the fact that there is no counter for the r99 since the peacekeeper was put in the carepack and the prowler needs select fire to use it. Its pointless to have all these wepons in the game when you can pick up the r99 and melt squads with it. They need to bring the devotion out of the care pack and back into the wepon pool and put the r99 into the care pack because the devotion is not as powerful and has too much recoil.

      @xxAIDENxx94 I think that the new mastiff is one of the counter of R99 (at least you still win the fight), but yea there is too few counters to these short-ranged weapons, as the alternator and EVA-8 SHOULD better than R99/mastiff, (but actually they don't) which leads to less weapon choices in fighting short range, just like you are hard to fight with a sniper when you are using ARs at ~400 metres.

      Another problem is R99 can be also used in mid-range fight, having a high flexibility like wingman to fight in all ranges. When someone master the recoil of the R99, they can laserbeamed someone who is far away, which is what we don't want to see, so does wingman.

      For R301, I don't think it needs a nerf. Although it is similar as R99, but actually no one uses this gun because a R99/Wingman/G7 can do a better job than R301. So, it needs a buff instead of nerf.

        @Xx__Miku831__xXThe r301 dosent need a buff or nerf its only because there is no anvil reciever in the game anymore it felt weaker to me but its still the same.

        The fact that the r99 is so easy to get and hard to counter is a disgrace they put the devotion in the care pack which is not "op" and yet that gun is hard to get kills with.

        The wingman needs skull piercer though to be dangerous and also the eva 8 needs its rate of fire improved as the level 1 shotgun bolt is bad on it. The alternator is fine its always been a low recoil low damage wepon since the titanfall series.

        The problem with the r99 compared to its titanfall 2 counter part the r97 is the fact that there is counters to the gun and whilst yes it melts people its recoil is high and needs to be controled compared to the r99 that has little recoil and no counters. There is 2 ways they can deal with this they can put the volt in the game which is a energy submachine gun which is similar to the alternator but with better damage and its energy to counter the r99 or put it in the care pack and give us the devotion back.
