New season; gone from 10+kills per game to 5 and under

Same here m8.  been playing this game sinds its release.   Every match atleast 1-2 kills  some matches 10+ kills...   sinds season 2.     most games i die with 0/1 kill.    300-500 damage

And the way i die is just hilarious.  i spot someone, he turns arround and boom im dead.

what i also find just amazing is that people who have the 20+ kills badge and the 3000-4000 damage badge dont seem to be able to hit anything.

i think the solution is easy and simpel........time for a new game.

That’s the thing that [Removed - CM] me off tho I’ve been playing since day one , doing really good and really enjoying the game but it’s this sudden thing of dying absolutely instantly from anything that’s making me rage and all I can think is it’s some terrible Latency issue or something and it honestly ruins the entire game .

@MassiveVernon  Hahaha, you got spoiled son! Point is now everybody pushing way harder, especially in ranked, nobody gives you points without fight. Also, all hackers, cheaters and pro players were off game at end of season 1, and now they are back!

Edit: also, in ranked , they probably cant get enough people from one region, people with high ping come in game and open all new possibilities of lag, and high damage cos lag compensation

spot on, absolutely terrible lag from some people and I guess the insta deaths I experience every single match is just lag aswell . Ffffff ffs they really need to sort it out it’s a joke .

p.s . Just got my first 10 kill game of the season and I only had 1100 damage , yet the match I had earlier I got 1940 damage and 1 kill!! Man I’ve been raging from this game since the season two launch 

Have noticed the cheaters yes.  The "pro" Players  hmmm not so much.     I am gold 3 now and all i get in my team is silver/bronze that keep asking me to NOT attack but avoid all enemy's and hide untill last 5........ now maybe 1/100 matches is fun to do so and try stay undetected.

but after 30 matches in a row where your teammates loot and hide its kinda hard not to get reported for telling them to ***************************************

You could be playing against better players suddenly?  Lots of players returned to check out the new changes.  If you're playing ranked instead of pubstomping you'll be coming up against other players which aren't potatoes.

Nah definitely not better players , bare in mind you still get to see the banner of who killed you and they’re all trash . Get killed by someone with the 20kill badge an huge wins etc- that’s fine , get one shotted by some bronze rank level 12 pathfinder that has 80 total kills - that’s bs . 

Point is I know when the game is [Removed - CM] me over and when I’ve been outplayed  and it’s never the latter anymore it’s just seemingly silent games and then 3rd /4th/5th/6th partied , or instant killed by any weapon by some laggy **** , and it’s those deaths that are angering me along with all the other bugs this season has brought back.

I;m having the same problem. There is multiple reasons this is happening. 1: If you're playing ranked: you;re playing against better people meaning they kill eachother more which leads to less for you to kill. 2: obviously new meta, new map etc, you gotta get used to it and how ppl play with it.

Whats probably the biggest reason is the fact that the first ring is smaller. Since its smaller you usually have to run further for it and in 9/10 games atleast 5 squads meet eachother at the edge of that ring and fight 1 big chaotic battle. This leads to a lot less people to kill.

I agree with the comment about the ring size that totally makes sense and should be changed straight away, but with the rest I totally disagree because; 

most at people have been climbing the ranks from simply camping which takes no skill whatsoever and therefore proves that I’m not going against mor skilled players, and as I said earlier I’m playing against people with barely any kills or anything .

And the only differences the map and weapon changes have made is that the alternator and re45 is now op af and the loot is so badly unbalanced.

As a few people earlier have said I really think it’s down to bugs and lag but your comment about the ring size definitely factors into it

It's a combination of all those things:  new weapon meta that is extremely limiting, * loot distribution which has increased TTK and ill-conceived circle timing and damage.
