Dont really know what to say, I tried to contact EA support and they told me that posting on the forums is the option I have. I have opened over 500 apex loot crates but not received Wraith's heirloom set. My purchase history is over 47,000 apex coins (all spent on crates) I am level 100 so got all the crates from levelling. Go the 5 prime loot crates and one crate from battle pass. I am convinced I have opened over 500. Can anyone help me out?
I bought 4x 115 apex packages and currently level 44, We get a free apex pack every level? so I opened 504 apex boxes so far without receiving the heirloom set for wraith. Is there something wrong on my end?? pls help
oof nvm, we apparently only get 45 free crates max from 1-100
In apex legends I have bought and opened 550 apex packs but never received the heirloom

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. opening packs

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? i stopped playing
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) yesterday i opened up 500 apex packs and did not get the special wraith items
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? it is said to be that when u open up 500 packs you are guarenteed a hierloom at pack 500 if u havenot gotten it
What should be happening instead? i should i gotten the hierloom at pack 500
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else ive been seeing more and more people this happen too, i think it is a syncing problem with the account if u can fix that and add what i deserve on would be much greatly appreciated ! thankyou
opened up 500 apex packs and they didnt give me the wraith heirloom i tried contacting ea, trying to contact thru twitter, instagram , and they didnt answer, all ea said is its probably a bug, i need your help to fix this problem please help!!

If your willing to spend so much real money on it I as a company wouldn’t give you one yet either....

My guess is you have opened apex packs after season 1 began adding all of octanes skins, quips, banners etc into the loot pool which will make it less odds then before...500 was just a ball park figure but there was nothing saying your guaranteed heirloom at 500...i know one streamer that got it by chance at like 260 packs...
This is a good question. Is the heirloom still mercy given at 500? As someone who has opened 330 crates I'm curious for my own sake.
