I feel like probably the way most people do about him. I like him, he has some pretty awesome abilities, but his passive is garbage, and the CD on his grapple could be reduced by a few seconds. I LOVE his ult as it is, I really don't see how so many people can dislike it. Sure it's a big sign that says "hey we are over here," but done correctly with your grapple, you can really mess over a lot of people. Being able to ungrapple would be a nice addition though.
His passive is situational good. His kit is extremely strong and he has unmatched mobility. People just don't use their brains and want to play call of duty with every character or else they are weak.
