If it is caused by personal reasons, I wouldn't call customer service and reach out to the community. But the truth is, I'm the real victim. I would like to be able to file back my pieces or replace them with other legendary heirlooms,such as WRAITH.
It's sad for anyone when something like this happens out of nowhere. I contacted customer service and he said the administrator in the community could help me
