    Full power down on all network equipment + console made no change. I'm suspicious about the hdmi cable, but have nothing that isn't equally old and well-used with which to swap. I'll try a new one next week and let you know if it does anything. As always, thanks for the help.

    I've tried all trouble shooting methods listed, but getting no improvement. My brother on a different xbox at a different house on different wifi has been having the exact same issues since s16 update. The graphic quality has taken a dramatic step backwards. Prior to s16 update my gameplay was silky smooth even during engagements. And the game just looked light years better before the update as well. Even in the menu and store when looking at skins and etc, the game looked and ran dramatically better before the update. Hoping for a patch as soon as possible!
