Remove Kraber from Ranked

I will get straight to the point with this one. I believe the Kraber should not be in ranked or comp in general. I just lost a ranked game because a guy got a lucky headshot on me with the Kraber at ...

@om3ga51999 The Kraber itself is not the problem but it needs its hip fire strongly nerfed. You should not be able to get headshot no scopes from far or from spinning like you see in the clips imo
